TrafficBud stores account details, submitted website URLs, generated reports, lifecycle events, managed-service intake, and subscription or purchase records needed to operate the service.
Website analysis
The initial audit uses bounded, read-only requests to public website pages. TrafficBud does not use a submitted URL to access private networks or password-protected content.
Google Search Console
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, TrafficBud requests read-only access to verified-site performance data. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect the integration from TrafficBud, which revokes and removes the stored connection.
Payments and abuse prevention
Stripe processes payments; TrafficBud stores transaction and subscription identifiers rather than card numbers. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical request data to prevent automated abuse of the public audit.
Managed service
Managed-service intake stores the site, platform, safe access preference, and priorities you provide. Do not submit passwords or secret keys through an intake form.
Your choices
For access, correction, disconnection, or deletion requests, contact TrafficBud support. Operational records may be retained where required for security, accounting, or legal obligations.
