What TrafficBud provides

TrafficBud provides SEO analysis, reports, planning tools, and optional managed implementation. Rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue outcomes are not guaranteed. Recommendations should be reviewed for the needs of your website and business.

Authorized use

Use TrafficBud only for sites you own, manage, or have permission to analyze. Do not submit URLs or credentials intended to obtain unauthorized access, reach private networks, or interfere with another service.

One-time action plans

The 90-Day Action Plan is generated for the website supplied at checkout and includes a public-site audit, sampled crawl, prioritized plan, and downloadable handoff files. A refund may be requested before processing begins. Once the plan has been generated, the purchase is considered delivered except where law requires otherwise.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe, renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout, and may be cancelled through the account page. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily refund a completed or partially completed billing period.

Managed implementation

The Managed plan covers one website and includes the software plan plus reasonable monthly implementation of prioritized, compatible SEO fixes. It excludes major redesigns, custom application development, paid-link schemes, paid media spend, and work requiring unavailable third-party access. TrafficBud will use delegated access, a staging site, or changes sent for approval; customers must not paste passwords into TrafficBud forms. We may pause a change when authorization, a backup, platform access, or customer approval is required.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining website backups, reviewing proposed business claims and regulated content, and ensuring you have authority to approve changes. TrafficBud may refuse unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or technically incompatible work.
